Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with the item(s) that you have purchased from Petits Amis. If for any reason you are not, please contact us at contact@petitsamis.co.uk. We will respond within 24-48 hours Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. 

You may return your item up to 14 days after date of delivery. Please ensure your item is in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused with tags and in its original packaging. 

To return your item please contact us with your order number, reason for return and we will send our return address to you. We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage costs. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit or damaged. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
